# Canceling Your lululemon Studio All-Access Membership

#### Your lululemon Studio Mirror purchase comes with a one-year lululemon Studio All-Access Membership commitment, which begins when your Mirror is delivered. You can view and update your Membership status by following these steps:

*   Visit the lululemon Studio website and sign in [here](https://www.lululemonstudio.com/account) with the email address and password you created when you purchased your Mirror.
    
*   Once signed in, click “MY SUBSCRIPTION” at the bottom of the screen.
    
*   From there, you will be able to view how many months are remaining of your 12 month commitment.
    

If you have completed your one-year Membership commitment and would like to cancel your lululemon Studio All-Access Membership:

*   Visit the lululemon Studio website and sign in [here](https://www.lululemonstudio.com/account) with the email address and password you created when you purchased your Mirror.
    
*   Once signed in, click “MY SUBSCRIPTION” at the bottom of the screen.
    
*   Click “Off” under “Auto-Renew."
    
*   Note, if you have not yet completed your one-year Membership, you will continue to be billed monthly ($39 USD/mo. + applicable tax) until you complete your Membership commitment.
    

You also have the option to pause your lululemon Studio All-Access Membership for up to 3 months in a calendar year. Please note that you will still be required to complete your 12-month Membership commitment before being eligible to cancel. Please note, canceling your lululemon Studio All-Access Membership will suspend your benefits such as 10% off your lululemon purchases. If you’ve created a lululemon Essential Membership, you’ll still retain those benefits.
