# Pairing Your Bluetooth Headphones or Speaker to the lululemon Studio Mirror

#### Update your lululemon Studio Mirror and App  
  

For the best Bluetooth experience, please ensure your Mirror's operating system is version 1.16.0 or greater and that your lululemon Studio App is up to date. To check your Mirror's software version, connect to your Mirror using the App and then tap "Settings" within the App. Tap "THE MIRROR" and see "Software Version." #### Pairing your Bluetooth Audio Device for the First Time  
  

*   Turn your Mirror off and back on. 
*   Ensure that your iOS or Android device is connected to your Mirror. 
*   Place your Bluetooth device into pairing mode. For instructions on how to place the device in pairing mode please consult your device’s user manual.
*   In the lululemon Studio App tap the "Settings" tab and then tap “AUDIO.”
*   Under “OTHER DEVICES,” tap your Bluetooth device and wait until the check mark appears.
*   If the check mark does not appear, follow the [Additional Tips for Bluetooth Connection](#tips).

#### Pairing your Bluetooth Audio Device Subsequent Times  
  

*   Ensure that your iOS or Android device is connected to your Mirror.
*   In the lululemon Studio App tap the "Settings" tab and then tap “AUDIO.”
*   Under “MY DEVICES,” tap your Bluetooth device and wait until the check mark appears.
*   If your device does not appear under “MY DEVICES,” follow the [instructions for pairing your Bluetooth device for the first time](#pairingfirsttime).
*   If the check mark does not appear, follow the steps below for [Additional Tips for Bluetooth Connection](#tips).

#### Additional Tips for Bluetooth Connection  
  

*   Turn your Mirror off and back on. 
*   Disconnect and forget your Bluetooth device from all other devices, including the device you are using to control the Mirror.
*   Force quit your lululemon Studio App. For instructions on how to force quit an app see [here for iOS](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330) and [here for Android](https://support.google.com/android/answer/9079646?hl=en%20).
*   Turn off Bluetooth on your device during the pairing process.

#### Still having trouble?  
  

*   If applicable, forget your Bluetooth device from the Mirror by navigating to the "Settings" tab in the App and tap “AUDIO.” Tap the “x” to the right of your device’s name listed under “MY DEVICES.” Follow the [instructions for pairing your Bluetooth device for the first time](#pairingfirsttime). 
*   Reset the Bluetooth audio device by following the instructions in your device’s user manual and follow the [instructions for pairing your Bluetooth device for the first time](#pairingfirsttime).[\*](#note)

**_\*Note_**_: If your Bluetooth device has been reset between uses, please delete it from the pairing list within your lululemon Studio App by tapping the “x” to the right of its name when listed under “MY DEVICES.”_
