### Getting Started  
  

If you're logging into the lululemon Studio App for the first time, view the video below for instructions on how to set up your lululemon Studio account and profile.

#### Download the lululemon Studio App & log in.  
  

1.  You can download the latest version of the lululemon Studio App by tapping the appropriate link below for your mobile device:
    *   **iOS devices**: [Download lululemon Studio in the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/lululemon-studio/id1153358600) 
    *   **Android devices**: [Download lululemon Studio in the Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.mirror.android&hl=en_US&gl=US)

2.  Log in to your account.
    *   **Ensure you're using the email you provided when you purchased your lululemon Studio Mirror**. If you received the Mirror as a gift, use the email you used to redeem your gifted Mirror. 
    *   If this is your first time logging into the lululemon Studio App, you will be prompted to create your password and begin setting up your lululemon Studio profile.

  
_**If you have trouble logging in to your account:**_  
  

*   _Double-check that you are using the correct email address and password._ 
*   _Ensure your mobile device is connected to your home WiFi network or via cellular data. You cannot log into the lululemon Studio App while connected to the "mirror-xxxxxxxx" network._
*   _Reset your password by following the instructions [here](https://mirror.kustomer.help/en_us/change-or-reset-your-password-H1lu5t0K7)._

  

#### Check your mobile device's permissions settings.  
  

Ensure your Local Network (iOS 14 and later) or Nearby Devices (Android 12 and later) setting on your mobile device is enabled. Visit our FAQ: [Local Network & Nearby Device Configuration Requirements for your lululemon Studio Mirror](https://mirror.kustomer.help/en_us/local-network-configuration-requirements-lululemon-studio-mirror-BkRl2owPo) for instructions on enabling these settings.  
  

#### Turn on or plug in your lululemon Studio Mirror.  
  

*   Turn on the Mirror using the button or switch at the bottom. If you have trouble turning your Mirror on, follow this [link](https://mirror.kustomer.help/en_us/turn-your-mirror-on-off-Hk6XI2eUF) for additional instructions.
*   If your Mirror has a button, it will automatically turn on when plugged in.
*   Please allow 1-2 minutes for your Mirror to power on.
*   Your Mirror is ready to set up once you see the "Let's Set Up your Mirror" screen with 3 steps.

  

### Setting up your lululemon Studio Mirror  
  

 Follow these steps to set up your lululemon Studio Mirror on **WiFi**:

#### Step 1: Connect the Mirror

1.  In the lululemon Studio App, ensure you're on the "Select your Mirror" screen. 
    *   If you're not already on the "Select your Mirror" screen in the lululemon Studio App, navigate to **Settings** on the lower right corner of the App, then tap **CONNECT TO MIRROR** to get started.
2.  Select **Set up a new Mirror** and tap **CONTINUE**.
3.  The App will prompt you to visit your mobile device's settings to connect to the Mirror's WiFi network. Tap **VISIT SETTINGS**.
4.  From the list of available WiFi networks, select the network that matches the Mirror's WiFi network displayed on the screen of your Mirror (e.g. mirror-xxxxxxxx).
    *   **Note**, it is expected for your device to notify that it is "connected without internet" or that the connection is "unsecure." If prompted, to disconnect from the Mirror's WiFi network, tap "Stay Connected," "Join," or "Keep Trying WiFi" to remain connected to the Mirror's WiFi network. 
5.  Once connected, the Mirror will move to step 2. Return to the lululemon Studio App.

  

#### Step 2: Pair Your Phone

1.  Upon returning to the lululemon Studio App, you will be prompted to enter the 4-digit pairing code displayed on the screen of the Mirror. 
2.  Once your Mirror has successfully paired to your device, you will see "Phone Paired" in the App and the Mirror will move to step 3.  
      
    

#### Step 3: Connect to WiFi

1.  In the lululemon Studio App, you will see a list of available WiFi networks. Select the network you would like to connect the Mirror to from the list. If you don't see your WiFi network in the list of available networks, tap **RESCAN** to refresh the list. 
    *   To connect to a hidden network, scroll to the bottom of the listed networks and tap **Other** to enter your network information.
2.  Enter your WiFi password then tap **SUBMIT**.
    *   If you're having trouble completing step 3, double-check that you're entering your WiFi password correctly and ensure that your WiFi network meets our [network requirements](https://mirror.kustomer.help/en_us/network-requirements-B1uncOFYQ). 
3.  Your Mirror will attempt to join the selected network and once successfully connected will display "You're all set. Welcome to The Mirror." 
4.  Once your Mirror connects to your network, your App will attempt to connect to your Mirror over your local network. Once they're successfully connected, your App will display "All set."
    *   If you're having trouble connecting your mobile device to your Mirror after completing step 3, ensure your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network that you connected the Mirror to.

If you have previously connected the lululemon Studio Mirror to a WiFi network, [reset your Mirror](https://mirror.kustomer.help/en_us/reset-your-mirror-rk9RyNraL) before beginning.   
  

#### Step 1: Connect the Ethernet Cable  
  

1.  Connect an ethernet cable to your router or wireless access point and connect the other end of the ethernet cable to your Mirror’s ethernet port. 
    *   The ethernet port is located to the left of the attached power cable when looking at the back of your Mirror.

2.  Once connected, you will see the pulsing lululemon Studio logo appear and with a phone with a slash icon on the top right corner of the display. 
    *   If your Mirror does not display the pulsing logo, [restart your Mirror](https://mirror.kustomer.help/en_us/turn-your-mirror-on-off-Hk6XI2eUF), verify your network has access to the internet, and check the ethernet cable to make sure both ends are attached properly.
    *   If you're still having trouble, check to ensure the ethernet cable is functioning with another device or try a different cable.

#### Step 2: Pair your Mirror & Mobile Device  
  

1.  Ensure your companion device is connected to the same network as the Mirror and open the lululemon Studio App. 
2.  In the lululemon Studio App, ensure you're on the "Select your Mirror" screen. 
    *   If you're not already on the "Select your Mirror" screen in the lululemon Studio App, navigate to **Settings** on the lower right corner of the App, then tap **CONNECT TO MIRROR** to get started.
3.  Select your Mirror from the list (for example, mirror-abc123). 
    *   If your Mirror name does not display, ensure your mobile device is connected to the same network as the Mirror, force quit the app (instructions [here for iOS](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330) & [here for Android](https://support.google.com/android/answer/9079646?hl=en)), and attempt steps 2 and 3 again. 
    *   If you're still having trouble, please review our [network requirements](https://mirror.kustomer.help/en_us/network-requirements-B1uncOFYQ) to ensure your network is configured to allow devices to communicate on your local network.

4.  Enter the pairing code displayed on your Mirror, and you're all set! The Mirror will display the pulsing logo and the phone with a slash icon will disappear.

### Final Steps  
  

After initial setup, the lululemon Studio Mirror may have a software update available. We recommend completing any available updates right away to ensure you have access to all the latest features and enhancements.
